PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Colts Neck will hold a public hearing on the application of Robert Puterman. The hearing will take place in the Town Hall Meeting Room at 1 Veterans Way, Colts Neck, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of the application are located on 54 Orchard Lane, Colts Neck, New Jersey. Said premises is known as Lot 16.16, Block 34.
The application is for Variance approval to construct a single-family home with a porch, car port, circular driveway, inground pool, cabana, storage building and associated site improvements. Variances are required for front yard setback of 50 ft. where 78 feet is required, maximum building coverage of 7.5% where 6% is permitted, total coverage of 22.4% where 20% is permitted and proposed cabana footprint of 990 s.f. where 900 s.f. is permitted.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require and such other relief as the Board may deem appropriate.
All plans, maps and papers are on file with the Board and are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Hall, 1 Veterans Way, Colts Neck, New Jersey 07722. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
