NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWN OF STINESVILLE STORMWATER RATES ORDINANCE 2013-3
Notice is given that the Town Council of the Town of Stinesville, Indiana will hold a public hearing on January 8, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Town Hall, 7973 W Main Street, Stinesville Indiana, to hear public comment from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the Amendment of the Town of Stinesville Stormwater Rates Ordinance 2013-3. At the time fixed for hearing or at any time prior thereto, any person interested in the proceedings may file a written remonstrance with the Clerk-Treasurer's office. At such hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Town Council will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and all remonstrances that have been filed. After considering this evidence, the Town Council will act upon the proposed amendment to the afore-mentioned Ordinance.
