NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TOWN OF STINESVILLE STORMWATER RATES ORDINANCE 2013-3   Notice is given that the Town Council of the Town of Stinesville, Indiana will hold a public hearing on January 8, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m., local time, at the Town Hall, 7973 W Main Street, Stinesville Indiana, to hear public comment from persons interested in or affected by the proceedings pertaining to the Amendment of the Town of Stinesville Stormwater Rates Ordinance 2013-3. At the time fixed for hearing or at any time prior thereto, any person interested in the proceedings may file a written remonstrance with the Clerk-Treasurer's office. At such hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Town Council will hear all persons interested in the proceedings and all remonstrances that have been filed.
