Public Hearing
The Bellingham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on January 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Arcand Meeting Room of the Town Municipal Offices, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA to hear the appeal of a Development Plan granted by the Bellingham Planning Board in accordance with Section 240-16.B.(3) of the Town of Bellingham Bylaw, on the property located off of Lake Street (in Bellingham) and Prospect Street (in Franklin), Assessor’s Map 69-87, 65-20, 65-22, 65-22-01, and 65-22-02.
The Petitioner and Owner is Louis Petrozzi, President, Wall Street Development Corp. P.O. Box 272, Westwood, MA 02090. The application and associated materials may be viewed at the Town Clerk's Office, 10 Mechanic Street, Bellingham, MA during regular Town Hall business hours. Anyone wishing to be heard shall attend at the time and place above.
