Kathryn E. Parvin applied to the Planning Board seeking Preliminary Subdivision Approval under the requirements of the City of Worcester Subdivision Rules & Regulations. Presently on the premises of 274 & 300 Salisbury Street are two single-family detached dwellings. Presently on the premises of 0 Salisbury Street are wooded, vacant lots. The properties are located within a RS-10 (Residence, Single-Family) zoning district. The applicant seeks approval to construct a ±500’ road terminating in a cul-de-sac in order to construct 17 single-family dwelling units and a ±250’ common driveway continuing off the cul-de-sac to serve 4 of the units. The applicant additionally seeks to conduct related utility, grading, paving, drainage, and site work (PB-2025-089).
