HAGERSTOWN BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS  NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Hagerstown Board of Zoning Appeals at 7:00 p.m., in the 1st Floor meeting room, City Hall, 1 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD. On Thursday, January 8, 2026.
