DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE versus M. HANS DELLY, dated 02/04/2019 and recorded on 03/27/2019, in Book 03206, Page 2087, in the amount of $346.97.
Subject to the rights of an applicable Condominium Association under N.J.S.A. 46:8B-21, et al., if any.
