The Petition prays that the property legally described as: EX E 2.5F S225F & N75F- LT 9 BLK 2 GARVER PLACE, and locally known as 3103 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, is in violation with the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Chapter 60 Article II. Further, Plaintiff prays the Court to enjoin the Defendant(s) from allowing the occupancy of the dwelling by anyone other than a valid owner, unless and until they obtain a valid Inspection Certificate. Further, the Plaintiff requests that the court assess in rem against the property for the costs of this action and the costs incurred in the enforcement of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, inclusive of any costs incurred in the abatement of the property, all with interest.
