APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94833 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 21st day of November 2025 Granite Construction Company of Sparks, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.158 c.f.s., 200 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 62112. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 25, T16N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of Section 24, T16N, R21E, MDB&M bears N 39 degrees 28 minutes 53.73 seconds W, a distance of 7,107.1 feet (approx. 2 miles SE of Dayton, NV). Water will be used for industrial and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 12, T15N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 12 bears N 73 degrees 10 minutes 46 seconds W, a distance of 3,080.00 feet.
