NOTICE OF DECISION THE BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 16th day of December 2025, the Borough of Ship Bottom Land Use Board (the "Board") approved Resolution of Memorialization App. # 2025-0: Laracca Estates LLC (collectively, the "Applicant"), Block 30, Lot 11; 2304 Long Beach Blvd. in the Borough of Ship Bottom. The Board approved the Applicant's request to renovate the existing structure and construct a second-story addition.
