NOTICE OF TOWN OF GILBERT PUBLIC LAND AUCTION. Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 9-402 and 39-204, notice is hereby given that the Town of Gilbert will accept sealed bids for the sale of the property described below (“Property”) on Monday, February 2 2026, at 2:00 p.m., which shall be sent via email to Procurement Officer, Bianca Morales at Bianca.Morales@gilbertaz.gov. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. at 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296 in Heritage Room 300. Maricopa County Assessor Parcel 304-26-888 containing 10.9 acres more or less. A pre-auction conference will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at 50. E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296, in Tower Room 146. The deadline for inquiries is January 8, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Failure to submit by this deadline may result in the inquiry not being considered for a Sealed Bid Notice Addendum. There is no stated minimum bid for the Property. Per A.R.S. § 9-403, Property may not be sold for less than the appraised value.
