53 Webster Street, Rockland LEGAL NOTICE THE TOWN OF ROCKLAND, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING January 27, 2026   Notice is hearby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws 40A, that a public hearing will be held by the Rockland Planning Board on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 7:05 P.M. in the Lecture Hall at the Rockland High School, located at 53 MacKinlay Way, Rockland, Massachusetts relative to the following matter:   The application of Webster Parking LLC for special permit pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 11 and Webster Street Parking Overlay District (WSPOD) new provision §415-89 to the Town of Rockland Zoning By-Law. Webster Street Parking Overlay District (WSPOD). In addition to the criteria set forth in §415-89 of this By-Law, the Board shall consider whether the proposed WSPOD promotes public safety and safe travel within the WSPOD. The subject premises being located at 53 Webster Street, Rockland, Massachusetts, more specifically Rockland Assessors’ Map 39 Lot 239. The application and plans may be viewed at the Town Clerk’s office at the Town Hall.
