Notice of Final Agency Action SUBJECT: MassHealth: Payments for Chronic Disease and Rehabilitation Hospitals Effective January 1, 2026 AGENCY: Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 118E, § 13A, and 42 CFR § 447.205, EOHHS hereby finalizes updates to the payment methods and standards for rate year (RY) 2026, which began October 1, 2025, for dates of service beginning January 1, 2026 between EOHHS and participating chronic disease and rehabilitation (CDR) hospitals.
