Notice of Final Agency Action   SUBJECT: MassHealth: Payment for Pediatric Chronic Di-sease and Rehabilitation Hospitals, effective January 1, 2026 AGENCY: Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Hu-man Services (EOHHS)   Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 118E, § 13A, and 42 CFR § 447.205, EOHHS established payment methods and standards for rate year (RY) 2026, which began October 1, 2025, for dates of service beginning January 1, 2026 between EOHHS and participating chronic disease and re-habilitation hospitals.
