By virtue of a Writ of Execution #2372CV00344 issued by the Barnstable County Superior Court wherein Brewster Bayside Condominium Association is named Judgment Creditor and Donald L. Savage and Inga Lill Savagea/k/a Inga-Lill Savage are named Judgment Debtors, establishing a lien pursuant to MGL 183A:6, having levied upon, seized and taken all the right, title and interest the said Donald L. Savage and Inga Lili Savage a/k/a Inga-LilI Savage had not exempt by law from levy, seizure or attachment, in and to the real estate in the Town of Brewster described in Book 20347 Page 6 at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds as follows:

Unit 12 (also referred to.as Building 12) of Brewster Bayside Cottages Condominium. (the "Condominium") was created by.Master Deed, dated July 22, 2005 (the "Master Deed") and recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 20084, Page 277, and amended and recorded on September 6, 2005 as "Amended Master Deed" in Book 20230, Page 52. The Condominium site plan, dated July 25, 2005, was recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 601, Page 40 on July 26, 2005.
The Post Office address of the Condominium is 130 Millstone Road, Brewster, MA 02631.
The Unit conveyed is shown on the Condominium site plan recorded on July 26, 2005, along with floor plans of the Condominium filed and recorded simultaneously with the site plan.
Said unit is conveyed subject to and with the benefit of the obligations, restrictions, rights and liabilities contained in General Law Chapter 183A, the Amended Master Deed, and By-Laws of the Condominium recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 20230, Page 52. The property conveyed herein does not constitute all or substantially all of the assets of the corporation (Brewster Bayside Cottages, L.L.C.) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The undivided percentage interest of the Unit conveyed hereunder in the common areas and facilities is 12.2%
The Unit is conveyed together with all rights appurtenant to said unit in the Condominium, including, without limitation, the undivided percentage interest as set forth above pertaining to the Unit in the Common Areas and Facilities of the Condominium, together with the rights and easements appurtenant to the Unit as set forth in the Amended Master Deed, including the exclusive use of approximately one-half acre as described in the Master Deed and the Amended Master Deed.
On Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Barnstable County Deputy Sheriff's Office, 3261 Main Street, Barnstable Massachusetts, I will sell the said right, title and interest at public auction, to the highest bidder, to satisfy this Execution, together with all costs and fees thereon. A deposit of $5,000.00 by cash, certified check or bank check will be required to be paid by the purchaser at the time and place of the sale. The balance is to be paid by certified check or bank check within thirty (30) days from the date of sale. The property will be sold subject to existing encumbrances and liens, including tax liens, if any.
NOTICE REGARDIN ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
You are hereby notified that Massachusetts Regulations (Title 5 Regulations) require an inspection of on-site sewage disposal systems when there is a transfer of title to real estate. Any purchaser or transferee of real estate served by an on-site sewage disposal system is obligated to inspect, and if necessary, to upgrade a system in accordance with the provisions of 310 Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR). You are here by referred to 310 CMR 15.300-15.305 for time periods to do so and other requirements. The Office of the Deputy Sheriff has no information about whether the real estate in question is served by an on-site sewage disposal system.
