All creditors of any of the foregoing; and ALL THE WORLD.
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendant George David Monroe, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 172B3 A014, lying and being in the City of Athens, Clarke County, Georgia, being Lot 19, Block A, The Pines Subdivision, Section one, shown in Plat Book 7, Page 50 & Plat Book 11, Page 100, described in Deed Book 1101, Page 46, the description contained therein being Incorporated herein by this reference, known as 190 Cone Drive.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after January 28, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated July 2, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, in Deed Book 5622 Page 381.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Douglas McKillip, attorney for Nick and Brothers, LLC, 22 N Main St., Bldg B, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Note: redemption must be made only to Douglas McKillip personally, and redemption funds cannot be left at the law firm address. Tender must be made as required in O.C.G.A. § 48-4-42 in lawful money of the United States (no revocable monetary instrument will satisfy the requirements of the above-cited statute.)
