Notice is hereby given that William Cunningham, Agent for J. Eady Construction, LLC has made an application to the Metropolitan Planning Commission for the following:
The Petitioner requests the following two variances to a General Development Plan in association with the construction of single-family dwellings in the RSF-6 zoning district:
1. To reduce the front yard setback of four lots;
2. To reduce the rear yard setback of four lots.
