SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE   WHEREAS, on April 27, 2010, Won Davis A Single Person executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Cornerstone Lending, Inc., its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on April 30, 2010, in Book 7105, Page 4967, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to TRUIST BANK by assignment recorded in Book 7321, Page 7232 as Instrument No. 1912966 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi.
