Humbles by patent from the United States.   More particularly described as follows:   A certain tract of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, way, and privileges thereto belonging, in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully described as that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 2 East, District North of Red River, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, as highlighted in yellow on the survey by Jerry L. Richey dated February 27, 2010, containing approximately 2.47 acres of land; and being further described as that tract purchased by H.M.
