By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 04/16/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/28/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated within the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in section 18, Township 16 South, Range 19 East, on the right descending bank of bayou Lafouche within the present corporate limits of the Town of Lockport and designated as Lot A on athat survey plat entitled Map showing th Division of a portion of the property belonging to C.M. Comeaux, Sr. or assigns Located in Section 18, T-16-S, R-19-E, Lafouche Parish, Lockport Louisiana, dated August 6, 1990, prepared by Charles L. McDonald, Registered land Surveyor, a copy of said survey plat being attached to an act of Sale Recorded under Entry No. 715874 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiaan, Said Lot A is more particullary described as follows:
Begining at a point identified as "C" on said survey olat, then proceded a distance of 179.66 feet along the center line of main street (formerly La. Highway 1) in a northwesterly direction to a point identified as "D" thence procedded at a distance of 121.45 feet in a northeasterly direction to a point identified as "E" and being on water's edge of Bayou Lafourche, then proceed at a distance of 87 feet, more, more of less, to a point identified as "F" then proceed a distance of 87 feet, more or less, in a Southwesterly direction to a point identified as "C" the point of beginning, all as more clearly reflected on the said plat., together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto belonging or un anywise appertaining.
The above described property is subject to the right of way Main Street, Lockport Louisiana, Formerly louisiana. Highway 1, and further subject to a right of way for portable water transmissionline maintained and operated by Lafourche Parish Water District No. I., as well as overhead anchor line and anchor pole owned and maintained by Louisnana Power and Light Company all as more fully reflected on the survey plat attached to Actof sale from Clarence M. Comeaux, et al Rose Mary Jeandron recorded under Entry No. 715874 of the records of Lafourche Parish, louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $101069.99 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
