LEGAL NOTICE   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, Eve D. Fisher, the undersigned, Tax Collector of the Town of Erwin, Steuben County, New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Erwin for the year 2026. I will attend at the Town Hall, 310 Town Center Road, in the said Town of Erwin from January 02, 2026 to March 31, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 AM to Noon on Fridays. No office hours on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on said roll.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before February 02, 2026 without extra charge or penalty. On all such taxes remaining unpaid on February 03, 2026, one percent of the amount of the unpaid tax will be added for each month or fraction thereafter until the return of the unpaid taxes is made by the Collector to the County Treasurer pursuant to law.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Erwin will be returned to the County Finance Office of the County of Steuben on or about April 01, 2026.
