NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   TAKE NOTICE, that l, Frances Sharp, the undersigned Collector of Taxes for the Town of Howard, County of Steuben and State of New York, have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Howard for the year 2026, and that I will receive taxes at my office at the Howard Town Hall, 3725 Mill Road in the Town of Howard, phone # 607-566-2010, from January 2nd thru March 31st , 2026 on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays on 1/31/26, 2/28/26, 3/28/26 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the taxes may be paid without interest or penalty on or before January 31, 2026. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of one (1%) percent if paid on or before February 28, 2026 and two (2%) percent if paid on or before March 31, 2026.
