LEGAL NOTICE
Town of Barnstable Harbormaster- Abandoned Boat
To TIONNA ESCOBAR, most recently of 3382 E Main Road, Portsmouth, Rhode Island and/or any other party having ownership or financial interest in a 1974 18-foot SeaRay. The vessel has a white hull with red and blue stripes, blue bottom paint, and is equipped with a black Mercury 115 outboard motor. The 18-foot SeaRay shows no vessel name, no hailing port, and state registration numbers “RI 3565 H” on the starboard side. The vessel was left abandoned tied to the Gary Brown Boat Ramp in Hyannis, MA on May 28th, 2025, at approximately 14:05 hours.
The Town of Barnstable Harbormaster, with the assistance of local law enforcement agencies, has attempted to contact you as the last known owner of the above vessel with no response. The Harbormaster has determined that the above vessel will be declared abandoned 30 days after the last publication of this notice. The vessel will be subject to removal at the owner’s expense in accordance with Chapter 91, section 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws. The owner or any lien holder has the right to claim this vessel subject to the rights of any other lien holder within 30 days of this posting. Failure of the owner and/or lienholder(s) to claim this vessel within the 30-day period will constitute a waiver of all their rights, title and interest in the above vessel. The Town of Barnstable will then declare its intent to dispose of said vessel as it has been abandoned.
