The Unknown Successor Trustees and/or Beneficiaries of the Hasswild Acres Trust, dated October 14, 2020, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Andrew T. Muzik, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Stark County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff’s Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of STARK, State of OH, and is described as follows:
Situated in the Township of Lake, County of Stark, and State of Ohio:
And known as and being a part of the southwest quarter of Fractional Section 5, Township 12, Range 8, Stark County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning for the same at an iron pin marking the intersection of north line of Fractional Section 5 and the centerline of Mogadore Road, No. T- 80; Thence South 17ºº 30' West along said centerline a distance of 200' to an iron pin on said centerline marking the true point of beginning for the tract of land herein conveyed; Thence South 87ºº 41' East a distance of 448' to an iron pin; Thence South 17ºº 30' West a distance of 437.56' to an iron pin; Thence North 87ºº 41' West a distance of 448' to an iron pin on the centerline of said road No. T-80; Thence North 17ºº 30' East along the centerline of said road a distance of 437.56' to an iron pin on said centerline and point of beginning and containing 4.343 acres of land.
Less a tract conveyed as filed for recorded in the Stark County, Ohio, Deed of Records. Volume 3950, Page 450 on January 13, 1977, to Dennis D. Bordner and Linda S. Bordner, which tract is described as follows:
Situate in the Township of Lake, County of Stark and State of Ohio and known as and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Lake Township, Stark County, Ohio and being further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Mogadore Avenue with the north line of said quarter section; Thence South 17ºº 30' West and along the centerline of Mogadore Avenue a distance of 500.00' to the true place of beginning for the tract herein being described; Thence South 81ºº 50' 47" East a distance of 438.00' to a point; Thence S. 17ºº 30' West a distance of 90.73' to a point; Thence North 87ºº 46' West a distance of 448.00' to a point on the centerline of Mogadore Avenue; Thence North 17ºº 30' East and above said centerline a distance of 137.56' to a true place of beginning and containing 1.132 acres of land as surveyed by Buckeye Surveying, Nick Guerriere, Registered Surveyor #5844.
Also less a tract conveyed as filed for recording in the Stark County, Ohio Deed of Records, Volume 3996, Page 525 on September 8, 1977, to Robert Myers which tract is described as follows:
Situated in the Township of Lake, County of Stark and State of Ohio and known as and being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5 and being further described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Mogadore Avenue with the north line of said Quarter section; Thence South 17ºº 30' West and along the centerline of Mogadore Avenue a distance of 200.00' to the true place of beginning for the tract of land herein being described; Thence South 87ºº 46' East a distance of 448.00' to a point; Thence South 17ºº 30' West a distance of 100.00' to a point; Thence North 87ºº 46' West a distance of 448.00' to a point on the centerline of Mogadore Avenue; Thence North 17ºº 30' East and along said centerline a distance of 100.00' to the true place of beginning and containing 0.992 acre of land, as surveyed by Buckeye Surveying, Nick Guerriere, Registered Surveyor #5844, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Being the same property as conveyed from Ryan Haas and Sarah Haas, husband and wife to Ryan Haas and Sarah Haas, Co-Trustees, or then- acting trustee, of the Haaswild Acres Trust, dated October 14, 2020 as set forth in Deed Instrument #202011130050059 dated 10/14/2020, recorded 11/13/2020, STARK County, OHIO.
