NOTICE OF LIQUOR LICENSE PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER (EXPANSION OF PREMISES AND CORPORATE STRUCTURE CHANGE) TOWNSHIP OF MANALAPAN COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that application has been made to the Township of Manalapan (“Township”) by Battleground Country Club, LLC (“Licensee”) located at Route 527 North, Tennent, NJ 07763 (“address”) for the transfer Place-to-Place at the aforesaid address to expand the licensed premises to include additional outdoor service of alcoholic beverages at the aforesaid address under the plenary consumption license number 1326-33-003-006 (“license”) issued to the Licensee. The Licensee will continue to hold the interest in the license and the licensed premises.
