NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   2026 COUNTY & TOWN TAXES   TOWN OF HAVERSTRAW   TAKE NOTICES that I, Donna M. Rose, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Haverstraw, County of Rockland, and State ofNew York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Haverstraw for the year 2026 and that I will attend at One Rosman Road, Garnerville, in the said Town of Haverstraw from January 2, 2026 through January 31, 2026 nine o'clock in the forenoon to five o'clock in the afternoon each day, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on the said roll.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 3 1, 2026 without charge or interest, On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest I percent if paid on or before February 28, 2026 and an additional I percent for each additional month or fraction thereof thereafter until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Commissioner of Finance, County of Rockland, pursuant to Real Property Tax Law. Tax payable is for the period of January l, 2026 to December 31, 2026.   INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OF TAXES: Taxpayers will have their choice of paying their taxes in one full payment or in four installments, if the tax bill is in excess of $50.00. If you elect to pay in installments, a 5% service charge will be added to the tax and the first installment must be paid by January 31 51 without interest. If the first installment is not paid on or before January 3 1 st, the total tax amount must be paid as provided by law as stated above. The first part payment is made to DONNA M. ROSE, RECEIVER OF TAXES. The second, third and fourth installments are payable on April 15 th, July 15 th, and October 1 5 th without interest to: ROCKLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE, Bldg. A, 8th Floor, Room 810, Pomona, New York 10970. Failure to make timely payments will result in cancellation ofthe installment option and the entire unpaid balance plus penalties and interest will be due.   NIGHT HOURS: The Tax Receiver's Office will be open until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 28th and Thursday, January 29th for the collection of Town/County taxes.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Haverstraw will be returned to the County Commissioner of Finance of the County of Rockland on the I st day of April, 2026,   Dated: 17 December 2025   Donna M.
