TREE REMOVAL HEARING LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE for SCENIC ROAD TREE REMOVAL AND STONEWALL REMOVAL HEARING   The Southborough Tree Warden and the Southborough Planning Board, under MGL, Chapter 87, Section 3, and MGL Chapter 40, Section 15C, will conduct a consolidated public hearing with the Tree Warden on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Southborough Town House, McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common St., and via Zoom, to discuss the removal of trees and removal and reset of stonewalls located on Oak Hill Rd, Richards Rd., Woodland Rd., and Parkerville Rd. as part of sidewalk improvement project. Number of Trees affected: 4 Ash, 10 Hickory, 4 Pines, 5 Maple, 6 Oak, and 1 Cherry.
