TOWNSHIP OF ANTRIM NOTICE OF PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (PRD) PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ANTRIM TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND THE ANTRIM TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION Please take notice that the Antrim Township Board of Supervisors and the Antrim Township Planning Commission shall holding a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended. The hearing shall be held during a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors and a special meeting of the Antrim Township Planning Commission. The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comment and consider the following request: Rolling Hills Homeowners Association Phases 3 through 9 managed by i360 Property Management of 1035 Wayne Avenue, Suite J, Chambersburg PA 17201 requests approval for a driveway setback of 12 inches instead of the 10-foot side setback for single family and duplex lots and 5-foot side setback for townhouse lots as shown on the original PRD plan as recorded in the office of the Franklin County Recorder on July 5, 2007 by Volume 288J, Page 406. In addition, there is an 8’ wide utility and drainage easement that may be considered. The public hearing shall be held on January 13, 2026 at approximately 7:00 PM, at the Township office building located at 10655 Antrim Church Road., Greencastle, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The Commissioners may offer a recommendation concerning the request after the close of the hearing or at their next regular meeting. The Board of Supervisors may render a decision following the hearing or within 60 days after the close of the hearing. All interested persons may appear at such time and place of the hearing.
