PUBLIC NOTICEMEETING NOTICES There will be an East Stroudsburg Borough Reorganizational Meeting held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This will be a Regular Council Meeting and is open to the public. In addition, Regular Council Meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month and Work Session Council Meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of each month for the year 2026 beginning at 7:00 PM. All Council Meetings will convene in the Borough Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 24 Analomink St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. These scheduled Council meetings will be held in-person and may be viewed virtually via the East Stroudsburg Borough Facebook Page.
