The Town of Ledgeview in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Township's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between the East River to the west, CTH G to the south, Bower Creek Road to the east, and the Town of Ledgeview town line to the north. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along East River Tributary (ERT) from approximately the East River to CTH G, and along Tributary P from approximately the East River to 675 feet north of the Ledgeview/Bellevue municipal limits and Bower Creek Road on the east. The revisions reflect the recently constructed Feldspar Place and Redhawk Landing developments as part of a Tax Increment Finance development project. As a result of the revision, the floodway will widen, narrow or be established, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease or be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen, narrow or be established within the area of revision.
