You, Tammy Turner, are made a Defendant in the above entitled action because you are the holder of Judgment #J-316414-2005 against Everett Turner (name similar to property owner), which judgment was entered on December 2, 2005, in an amount that varies from date to date. You, New Jersey Real Estate Development Group LLC, are made a Defendant in the above entitled action because you are the owner of the property at issue in this foreclosure located at 312 Mulberry Street, Millville, New Jersey, which deed was dated September 29, 2020 , and recorded in the Cumberland County Clerk's Office on October 1, 2020, in Book 4198 at Page 8092, et seq.
