YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, naming you as the Defendant in this action. A copy of the Petition and any documents filed with it can be obtained from the Clerk of Court or from Plaintiff's attorney. Unit 209 in Building 1309 located on that part of Lot 2 Williams Pointe Plat 5 as described in the Declaration of Submission, or as described in any amendments thereto in Williams Pointe Condominiums, a Horizontal Property Regime (Condominium) now located in the City of Waukee, Dallas County, Iowa, together with the undivided interest in the general common and limited common elements appurtenant to such unit, as set forth in the Declaration of Submission recorded on May 5, 2005 in Book 2005, Page 6440, as amended, and with any and all other interests appurtenant to such unit pursuant to such Horizontal Property Regime.
You must serve a motion or answer within 20 days after the third date of publication of this notice and, within a reasonable time thereafter, file your motion or answer with the Court for Dallas County at the Dallas County Courthouse in Adel, Iowa. If you do not, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
