Terms of sale: First Sale- To be sold at https://franklin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov and to be sold subject to the mortgage $ 351 ,638.72 of Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper's shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper's. Opening bid shall be $105,574.19. Second Sale - If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on February 20, 2026.
