In accordance with the provisions of MGL c40A, §10, and the Town of Hubbardston Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the application of Lousie Nally. The petitioner seeks a variance under Hubbardston Zoning bylaws, Article 5 Section 5.1 Table of Dimensions, for the construction of a garage. The subject property is located at 158 Old Westminster Rd, identified as Assessors Map 6, Lot 42A, in the residential zoning district. The requested variance is for relief from the minimum setback requirement of 30 feet, proposing a setback of 13.3 feet. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:30pm. The hearing will take place at 48 Gardner Rd in the Downstairs Meeting Room.
Copies of the application, plans, and related documents may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk or Land Use office during normal business hours.
