NEW GYMSASIUM & CLASSROOM BUILDING TO BE LOCATED ON SITE SITUATED BETWEEN EXISTING BUILDINGS AT 3340 & 3350 TILLMAN DRIVE,          BENSELAM, PENNSYLVANIA 19020   REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   RECEIPT OF BIDS   Separate sealed bids in the matter of the proposed Gymnasium and Classroom Building Addition and Renovation for the School Lane Charter School will be received not later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the office of School Lane Charter School, 3340 Tillman Drive, Bensalem, PA 19020. Attention: Karen Schade. Please mark Contract Number on the outside of the bid documents.   BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED FOR THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE CONTRACTS:   CONTRACT NO. 1 The construction, installation and completion of all general construction work required for said project.   CONTRACT NO. 2 The construction, installation and completion of all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning work required for said project.   CONTRACT NO. 3 The construction, installation and completion of all plumbing and drainage work required for said project.   CONTRACT NO. 4 The construction, installation and completion of all electrical work required for said project.   CONTRACT NO. 5 The construction, installation and completion of all fire suppression work required   OBTAINING CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR BIDDING   Copies of all construction documents can be examined at the office of the Architect during business hours 8:30am – 5:30pm. Prospective General Contract Bidders can obtain one set of drawings and specifications on USB Flash Drive at the office of the Architect (The Elias Organization, 3103 Philmont Avenue, Suite 104, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006).
