PUBLIC NOTICE Doylestown Township Municipal Authority (DTMA) will submit a PENNVEST loan application for the North Well #3 and #4 PFAS Treatment Project on February 7, 2026. DTMA has initiated a capital improvement project titled North Well #3 and #4 PFAS Treatment Project located in Doylestown Township, Bucks County, PA. Treatment is to be installed to remove PFAS from groundwater to improve water quality. DTMA is applying for PENNVEST funds for this project and received notice that the project appears to be eligible for a categorical exclusion from the State Environmental Review Process. Public comments regarding this public notification and project should be submitted in writing within 30 days of publication of this notice to DTMA at 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.
