TOWN OF PALM TREE NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, as Receiver of Taxes of the Town of Palm Tree, County of Orange, State of New York, have received the tax roll and warrant for collection of taxes within the Town of Palm Tree for the year 2026, and I will be collecting taxes at 51 Forest Road, Monroe, New York, from January 2, 2026 to March 31, 2026, during the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 12:00 noon on Fridays. Payments by mail should be sent to Town of Palm Tree Receiver of Taxes, PO Box 568, Monroe, NY 10949. Please make all payments payable to Town of Palm Tree Receiver of Taxes. Payments made after February 2, 2026, a late fee is added as follows: 1% if paid by March 2, 2026, 2% plus $2 on or after March 3, 2026.
