NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF 2026 TAX ROLL AND WARRANT FOR TOWN OF ULYSSES   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I, Carissa Parlato, the undersigned Tax Collector of the Town of Ulysses, County of Tompkins and State of New York, have duly received the Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Ulysses for the year 2026, and that I or my Deputy will attend at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg, NY, in the said Town of Ulysses, from December 29, 2025 to March 31, 2026, for the purpose of collecting the taxes listed on the said roll. Regular office hours will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday- Friday, (or by appointment); excepting holidays.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that said taxes may be paid in two installments if the first installment (with service charge) is paid (or postmarked) on or before February 2, 2026.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that taxes may be paid (or postmarked) on or before February 2, 2026 without charge or interest. Beginning on February 3, 2026, there shall be added interest of 1%. On all taxes paid from March 2 through March 31, 2026, there shall be interest of 2% added.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the Tax Roll of the Town of Ulysses will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Tompkins on April 1, 2026, at which time unpaid taxes will be subject to an additional 5% penalty.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that payments may be made by cash, check, in person (at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg NY), by credit/debit card (for a fee) or on-line (for a fee) at https://townofulyssesny.gov/departments/dept-clerk/clerk-tax/   AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that those property owners who do not receive their property tax bills will still be responsible for payment (and subject to penalties if late) but should notify our office by calling (607)387-5767, ext. 2 or e-mailing clerk@townofulyssesny.gov to ensure that the correct mailing address is on file.
