Power to "MERS", Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a separate corporation that is acting solely as nominee for NE Moves Mortgage, LLC, "Lender" and its successors and assigns, dated February 16, 2007, and recorded in the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 26572, Page 9, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
