The subject property is located at 237 North l Street (176-112-006). The Property is zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial). This application has been filed under the provisions Chapter 112 and of Title 10 of Tulare City Code. The proposed zoning amendment is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to CEQA Section 15061(b)(3).
