HISTORIC CULTURAL LANDMARK AND
HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD OVERLAY ZONE ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request for a zone amendment by Don LeBaron to designate the Hoyt House as a local historic-cultural landmark and add it to the local historic registry per Tulare Municipal Code under Chapter 10.38 Historic Preservation in the City of Tulare Municipal Code. The subject property is located at 237 North l Street (176-112-006). The Property is zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial).
This application has been filed under the provisions Chapter 112 and of Title 10 of Tulare City Code.
The proposed zoning amendment is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to CEQA Section 15061(b)(3).
The City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Tulare Public Library, 491 North "M" Street, Tulare, California.
