Case # 4343 LEGAL NOTICE ZONING BOARD OF APPEAL TOWN OF STOUGHTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   A public hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Conference Room B, Room 301, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, on January 15, 2026 at 7:32 P.M. on the petition of, M&D Core, Inc represented by JDE Civil, Inc., Case #4343, for a Special Permit under the Town of Stoughton Zoning By-Law of November 18, 2015, as amended, Section 5.0 Nonconforming Uses and Structures, 5.7.1 3b, Reconstruction after catastrophe or demolition, In the event that the proposed reconstruction would (a) cause the structure to exceed the volume or area of the original nonconforming structure or (b) cause the structure to be located other than the original footprint, a special permit shall be required.
