NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Conference Room B, Room 301, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, on January 15, 2026 at 7:32 P.M. on the petition of, M&D Core, Inc represented by JDE Civil, Inc., Case #4343, for a Special Permit under the Town of Stoughton Zoning By-Law of November 18, 2015, as amended, Section 5.0 Nonconforming Uses and Structures, 5.7.1 3b, Reconstruction after catastrophe or demolition, In the event that the proposed reconstruction would (a) cause the structure to exceed the volume or area of the original nonconforming structure or (b) cause the structure to be located other than the original footprint, a special permit shall be required. In the case of voluntary demolition, the special permit shall be obtained from the Zoning Board of Appeals prior to such, in order to expand the warehouse use located at 295 Canton Street, (Further identified on Assessors Map 43, Lots 113, 115, 116 & 117) in an I (Industrial) Zone in said Stoughton.
Any person desiring to receive further notice concerning this petition as provided by the General Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeal should file a written request containing his/her name and address with the Board.
The petitioner and/or his representative, or any other persons desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
