SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Solebury Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to conduct public hearings on the following applications: 1. The continued hearing on the application of Fitz's Fish Ponds in connection with the property located at 5921 Lower York Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-008-021. 2. Application of Rustem Husenaj and Romina Husenaj for variances from Section 27-2504.3 relating to the installation of a gate at the property located at 6948 Ely Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-18-82-1. 3. Application of Samuel Wollner and Annie Koo for variances from Section 27-2206 relating to the required rear yard setback, Section 27-2208.5.E.(1)(11) relating to the riparian corridors, Section 27-2510.5.C relating to the expansion of a noconforming use within a required side yard setback, a variance from Attachment 7 of the Solebury Township Zoning Ordinance relating to the required side yard setback, and a variance from Section 27-1304.1. B.(7) relating to a required side yard setback, all as to the property located at 3781 Aquetong Road, Carversville, Solebury Township, Bucks County and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-004-030. 4. Application of Timothy Bailey and Rishi Puri for variances from Section 27-2510.5.C. relating to expansion of a nonconforming use within a scenic road setback at the property located at 6953 Ely Road, New Hope, Solebury Township, Bucks County, and identified as Tax Parcel No. 41-018-073.
