NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure the amount of $213,750.00 recorded in the office of the clerk of Orange County on August 14, 2019 in Book 14609 page 472 covering premises known as 145 Wawayanda Ave, Middleton, New York 10940 a/k/a Section 44, Block 2, Lot 6.
