PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Howell did, on the 22nd day of December, 2025 adopt a Memorialization Resolution granting by Julie Rich, LLC a use variance, c variances, and preliminary and final major site plan approval for the demolition of the existing bank building and construction of a 5,670 SF one story convenience store and fueling stations with related site improvements, at the Property identified as Block 141, Lot 1 located at 646 Route 9 in the HC Zone District, as a result of a hearing held on May 19, 2025, September 15, 2025 and October 27, 2025, and that this decision is on file in the office of the Zoning Board Administrator of the Township of Howell.
