PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Winslow Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on November 12, 2025 granted to Haddy Energy Storage LLC "D" use variance approval to permit i) the construction and operation of a Battery Energy Storage System facility within the Minor Commercial Zoning District of Winslow Township, ii) shade canopies to be up to 35 feet tall, iii) a lightning rod to have a maximum height of 100 feet, and iv) a transmission pole to have a maximum height of 120 feet. In addition to these variances, the Applicant was granted three (3) consecutive one-year extensions of the above referenced approvals through December of 2029. The subject property is located at 519 Erial Road a/k/a Block 2101, Lot 36 on the Winslow Township Tax Map.
The approving resolutions were memorialized on December 10, 2025. The resolutions and all relevant data are on file with the Zoning Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the Winslow Township Municipal Building, 125 South Route 73, Braddock, NJ 08037-9422.
