PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Winslow Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on November 12, 2025 granted to Haddy Energy Storage LLC "D" use variance approval to permit i) the construction and operation of a Battery Energy Storage System facility within the Minor Commercial Zoning District of Winslow Township, ii) shade canopies to be up to 35 feet tall, iii) a lightning rod to have a maximum height of 100 feet, and iv) a transmission pole to have a maximum height of 120 feet. In addition to these variances, the Applicant was granted three (3) consecutive one-year extensions of the above referenced approvals through December of 2029. The subject property is located at 519 Erial Road a/k/a Block 2101, Lot 36 on the Winslow Township Tax Map. The approving resolutions were memorialized on December 10, 2025.
