ONE (1) CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS, AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST, PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, CONTAINING 0.63 ACRES, AND DESIGNATED AS TRACT A-2 ON A MAP OF PLAN OF SURVEY PREPARED BY JOHN P. EARLS, III, REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR, DATED OCTOBER 27, 1983, SAID TRACT A-2 IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST, THENCE PROCEED SOUTH 89 DEG. 48 MIN. 04 SEC. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY FIVE CENTS ($178,972.95) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
