By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, May 31, 2024, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEAST LAND DISTRICT EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 92, BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT ENTITLED “FINAL PLAT BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SECOND FILING, LOCATED IN SECTION 30, T9S, R3E, SOUTHEAST LAND DISTRICT EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, FOR DNT PROPERTIES, LLC,” RECORDED AT THE CLERK OF RECORDER’S OFFICE OF ASCENSION PARISH LOUISIANA, AS ENTRY NO. 606446; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY SEVEN CENTS ($310,959.57) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
