By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, July 13, 2023, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT 35, DARLA’S CREEK, FIRST FILING ON THAT ONE CERTAIN MAP MADE BY DANIEL J. POCHE, PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR OF QUALITY ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, LLC, DATED MAY 7, 2018, ENTITLED FINAL PLAT OF DARLA’S CREEK – 1ST FILING LOCATED IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT, CITY OF GONZALES, ASCENSION AS ORIGINAL INSTRUMENT NO.: 948439 BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS AND THIRTEEN CENTS ($169,985.13) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
