ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF WYNNEDALE, INDIANA 2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT Sealed Bids for the Town of Wynnedale, Indiana, 2026 Street Resurfacing Project, will be received by the Town of Wynnedale (Owner) at the office of Kieser Consulting Group, LLC. (Engineer), located at 6801 Lake Plaza Drive, Suite D-401, Indianapolis, IN 46220, on February 10, 2026, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM; on February 10, 2026, at 7:00PM, the bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town’s community space, located at the Fitness Farm, located at 2525 West 44th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46228. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF WYNNEDALE, INDIANA, 2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected. The Base Bid will include milling, resurfacing, sidewalk replacement, pavement marking, mobilization and demobilization, in the following areas; Paula Land South Drive, from Paula Lane East to Knollton Road, Paula Land South Drive, from Paula Lane East Drive to Hidden Orchard Lane, Paula Lane East Drive, from 44th Street to Paula Lane South Drive, Hidden Orchard Lane from 44th Street to Cul-De-Sac (Hidden Orchard Lane), and Hidden Orchard Lane (Cul-De-Sac) – Hidden Orchard Lane to Dead End. The Project, which is funded from Town funds and a Community Crossings Grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and material for the project. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force for 60 calendar days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
