ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF SPEEDWAY, INDIANA 25th STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE II Sealed Bids for the Town of Speedway, Indiana, 25th Street Reconstruction Project – Phase II, will be received by the Town of Speedway (Owner) at the Town Hall of the Town of Speedway Clerk Treasurers Office, located at 5300 Crawfordsville, Road, Speedway, IN 46224, between 8:00AM and 2:00 PM, (Local Time), on January 29, 2026; at 2:01 PM, on January 29, 2026, the Bids will be publicly opened and read at the same location. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF SPEEDWAY, INDIANA, 25th STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT – PHASE II" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected. The Base Bid will include full reconstruction of the roadway, milling, demolition, curb, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, driveway approaches, site restoration, and mobilization and demobilization, in the following areas, within the Town of Speedway; 25th Street, from High School Road to Parkwood Drive The Project, which is funded from Town budgeted funds and a CCMG grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and materials for resurfacing an asphalt concrete street. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. All bids received shall remain valid and in force for 60 calendar days after the date of Bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interest of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2.
