ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF ORESTES, INDIANA 2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT Sealed Bids for the Town of Orestes, Indiana, 2026 Street Resurfacing Project, will be received by the Town of Orestes (Owner) at the Orestes Town Hall located at 14 E. Oak Street, Orestes, IN 46063, on February 4, 2026, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM; on February 4, 2026, at 11:01AM, the bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall, located at 14 E. Oak Street, Orestes, IN 46063. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF ORESTES, INDIANA, 2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected. The Base Bid will include milling, resurfacing, ADA curb ramps, mobilization and demobilization, in the following areas; Leota St., from Oak St. to 2nd St., E. 1st St. – From 380 ft. east of Michigan St. (Main St.) to Prospect St., W. 1st St., from Leota St. to Superior St., and 2nd St., from Leota St. to Superior St. The Project, which is funded from Town funds and a Community Crossings Grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and material for the project.
